SHIPPING POLICY

At Zahra London Fashion, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. All orders are shipped free of charge to the United Kingdom and across Europe — no minimum spend required.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders to:

All addresses within the United Kingdom
All countries within the European Union and wider Europe

There are no hidden charges or surcharges at checkout.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm (BST/GMT) are typically dispatched the same working day.
Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched, please allow the following estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 2–3 working days
Western Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, etc.): 3–6 working days
Eastern & Southern Europe: 5–9 working days

These are estimates and may vary during peak periods (e.g. sale events, Christmas, Bank Holidays). We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery via our carrier's website.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Zahra London Fashion is unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at zahra.london.uk@gmail.com and we will do our best to help before the order is shipped.
