REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

At Zahra London Fashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If something is not quite right, we are here to help. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
•      Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
•      Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
•      Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
•      Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included with the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
•      Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
•      Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons.
•      Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
•      Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
•      Email us at zahra.london.uk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
•      Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.
•      Pack your item(s) securely and send them to the address provided.
•      We recommend using a tracked postal service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 3–5 business days.
•      Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
•      Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrectly sent.
•      Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us at zahra.london.uk@gmail.com to arrange an exchange. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zahra.london.uk@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
